This is a stationary rental. The coach does not move. What it does offer is a surprisingly spacious, fully self-contained living experience with two slide-outs that open up the interior into a comfortable and stylish retreat.
Designed for couples or solo travelers, this is your chance to experience the magic of 30A at a fraction of the typical cost, without sacrificing comfort or quality.
Wake up in the rear queen bedroom, brew your morning coffee in the full kitchen, and step outside to a peaceful setting tucked right along one of 30A's most beautiful stretches of coastline.
The beach is just a short walk away. Camp Creek Lake is nearby for paddle boarding and canoeing. And everything that makes 30A special, including Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove, is just a short drive or rideshare away.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
- Rates vary by season, day of week, and demand. - Taxes and fees including cleaning are added to the nightly rate and shown before you confirm your booking. - Minimum night stays will apply and can vary by date. - For longer stays, special events, or shoulder season dates, reach out if you would like us to review custom pricing or availability. We do not typically adjust rates after booking. Your rate is locked in once your reservation is confirmed.

That's why we thoughtfully design and care for each property as if our own family were arriving.
